This is a technical appeal from a company specializing in image processing development. In the scratch correction demo, we first capture an image of Mount Fuji from a camera video on the left side of the screen. Next, we composite a scratch image onto the captured image to generate a damaged image with some data missing. On the left side of the screen, you can see how the system automatically identifies the missing areas from this damaged image and gradually repairs the scratches through repeated correction processes. While the human eye can easily distinguish the missing areas, detecting scratches (missing areas) from image data is quite challenging.
